The TST Tire monitor System is made up of a series of transmitters (sensors) and a receiver (monitor). The system will monitor up to 22 tires and you can set the high and low PSI and temperature in up to four separate zones.

The system is easy to install and highly reliable.

The sensors transmit the current pressure and temperature readings every five minutes. In addition, it will immediately alarm for a rapid drop in pressure.

The monitor has a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery.

The monitor detects motion and will automatically “wake up” the display when running on the internal battery. Additionally, it is equipped with a light sensor that automatically turns on a back light when operating at night.

The monitor scrolls through the programmed tires, displaying each tire for five seconds. When a sensor transmits, the monitor changes to that tire and displays it for thirty seconds. The user can manually scroll through the tires, using the plus or minus button, to see each one at any time.

The tire pressure and temperature alarms are fully programmable. This system does not use a percentage as with other manufacturers.

This system has a fast leak detection alarm. Visual warning lights and an audible alarm sounds when pressure and temperature thresholds are exceeded.

The open area of range is up to 60 linear feet, however, range can be affected by metal, electronics and other interference. Generally, the antennae will cover a 40 foot motorhome and a tow vehicle or any pick-up/ trailer combination. You may need a repeater if you are longer than that.

The battery life in these sensors should last between 5 & 7 years. When the time comes to replace the sensor, you send it in to TST with $20.00 and they send you a new sensor.
